modern Technology sometimes confuses me, but I think I have finally figured out how to work this strange device digital camera. And I knew just how to break it in.
I may have been going on for a fair amount to some of you about the Indefatigable - and now at last, I am able to share some pictures of what the old girl looks like.
I would recognise that profile anywhere.
This is what greeted me down at the marina, as soon as I had gotten over that rather unfortunate episode of being a snotty nosed midshipman again. And needless to say, I was rather thrilled with the sight.
Here she is, moored at the dock. Not quite ready for a sea voyage just yet, but we are working on that one.
The view from her stern. I always did admire those carvings. Though not so much when you are hanging off a hastily crafted chair, trying to give the paint a bit of a touching up. I had yellow hands for a while after that.
I've only just started restoring the interiors.
This used to be the Captain's cabin, which I have furnished a little using some spares from the apartment in town.
