I've been planning to hook my turntable up to my cassette recorder for a while now, so I figured I should set a goal that requires such a set-up in order to prod my stereo-rigging project into gear. What better way to get things going than to plan out a mixtape which I will be able to record from my vinyl onto cassette when I finally get everything

Thanks. Just starting collecting vinyl seriously summer '07. Went to see Dan Deacon and was so enamored upon seeing the album cover of "Spiderman of the Rings" on such a huge scale that I had to get it.

i wish more people supported the artists they loved. i mean, i download everything in the world (seriously). i also buy records for the albums and bands i love and want to support.

not enough appreciation for your support and good mix. but then again, livejournal is a dying fad.

Well, I can't say I'm not guilty of pilfering metric shit-tons of music myself, but when bands actually bother to tour through the hurricane-raped nether regions of America in which I am currently residing, I like to throw them a bone in hopes that they'll return.
