Apathy & Fatigue

The exam period makes me sleepy. I feel completely apathetic these days... Sleeping a lot, surfing the web, and not studying nearly as much as I should. I wonder how much of this is Peter Gibbons syndrome and how much is general fatigue.

I'm disappointed at the lack of angry posts about the CS448 debacle on my friends page.

As for the apathy, I suggest it may be post-CS452 work withdrawal. Studying is just not the same.

I was disappointed too!

I was going to write a newspaper-esque synopsis and lj-cut it, but I was once again too lazy. I wouldn't have been able to capture the primal atmosphere of Monday night or the bewildered pathos of Edward Chan.

Everyone in sections 1,2,4 for Databases showed up for their Monday night exam only to find that not enough exams had been printed by the registrar (41 instead of 160). There was frantic photocopying by the course TAs, which was only completed 45 minutes after the exam's scheduled start. The professor postponed the exam, much to the fury of those prepared to write ( ... )
