When I look over a new assignment I tend to skim for the action words.

Action Words I like to see: { design, construct, create, write, program, describe, explain }
Action Words I don't like to see: { prove, show, bound, demonstrate }

It's called "Proof by Graduation." I know there's that whole 'moral issue' relating to the desire to do the best you can, despite the fact that you've already been hired full-time after school ends... but in case of assignment induced depression, I always recommend a solid dose of "who cares I'm almost outta here, hence I'm not attempting any more proofs."

what you should have done was come to google.. they have a 2-hour-a-week machine learning course that goes for 6-7 weeks.
