(Sub)urban Hike

Yesterday I was hoping to go hiking somewhere, but weather forecasts for the Seattle area suggested a 30% chance of rain. In my Seattle experience that typically means "it will rain 30% of the time". Wow. I can't believe you walked from Redmond to Seattle. I went hiking last weekend and did the same distance over 3 days, and that was enough to make me sore. I can't imagine doing 35km in one day.

Congratulations on the PB in the 5km. 24:18 is a great time.

We'll have to do a hike while you're in Vancouver. I'll see if I can find a good one. The Grind, the Chief, and Bowen Island all spring to mind, but I'll ask around for other suggestions too.

long walk, didn't know there was a way for pedestrians to get across the I90 bridge. Seems like a cool route though :)

Wow 24:18, that beats my PB of 24:43 :P:) (and was on a very flat route in the Toronto port lands)
