Being brave, and throwing my first fic ever out of the nest! Have been a BSG fan since the mini aired but only recently discovered fanfic... and what a fandom to walk into! A general "thank you" to all the writers who have kept me going since the hiatus began... and if my fic is derivative it is only because I am a mere student of the brilliance

No, it was that line that sold me on the story... it very much sounded like something Kara would say, and in fact, I heard it in Katee Sackhoff's voice, so either I have a very vivid imagination, or your fic was JUST THAT GOOD. :D
