Hello, lj peeps. I'm back from my hiatus. I'm happy and feeling MUCH better now that I was able to sort my life out. I missed being on Lj and totally need to catch up. I also decided to change my layout. It's been long overdue for a change. I already know about what's been going on with my baseball team. EGAD, Yankees, the way you've been playing

*hugs back* Thank you. How have you been since your surgery?

Not so good. I didn't really get to rest - in fact, I was hauling boxes helping my mother to move the day I was discharged because my family are just that fucking stupid and selfish. Now she's sick with some vertigo-related illness - an inner ear infection - and I'm stuck looking after her while she basically wallows, rather than being positive and getting off her ass. (Important since you cannot form an adaptation to finding your balance lying in bed, which is all she does.)

Now I have a chest infection - again. Or the original one actually didn't get better and just waited to start kicking my ass again.

Oh....I'm sorry to hear that. =( You're right, that IS selfish. I don't believe they had you do that the same day you were discharged. You could've opened your stitches or something while moving those boxes and it's completely unfair that you had to look out for her when she didn't bother to look after your health and best interest. Did the doctors give you anything for your chest?
