Medicine Fog

I don't know how much sence this entry is going to make, I'm laying in a bed, doing my best to remember to breath through my mouth because my nose is plugged and no air is getting through there. My head if foggy from the Tylonol cold I've been taking, and I still feel like... well blah. There are a million things I feel like, none of them very nice
