prepare for the month from hell

starting tomorrow, i will be working 14 hour days. this will last for the duration of june. from 10 am to 12 am i will be processing and auditing microsoft licensing contracts. they will be written in either spanish or portugese. this is my new job. my paychecks will be nice

Sorry you're feeling out of sorts yet. I know you'll be sorted out soon. It takes quite a while for the culture shock to wear off when you make a big move like you did.

Do you have a plan of attack for when you'll get to see her? It can be very rough to not be near the one you love for extended periods of time. But it also can be incredibly cathartic. Its an opportunity to miss your partner - absence making the heart grow fonder like it does. Personally I also become more able to see patterns in my relationship when there's an interruption of them. Positive changes are able to be made at these opportunities.

Your first corporate taste can be bitter and strange at first. You may find you like it - you may find that you would prefer to never stay corporate long-term.

I've been thinking of you and Sunshine often, wondering how things are settling in. If you feel a warm feeling from time to time, its the love I'm sending to you both.

Or is it the kind of job where you don't know anyone and don't know what you're doing so you FEEL like you're the odd one out when really you'll get to know people and they'll become, like, your bestest friends?
