It's the stuff that's 45% palm oil that really freaks me out. Currently scoffing barrel-loads of crunchy, 100% peanuts peanut butter, still not v. healthy, but less likely to result in instant heart attack. (Tip for non-oily butter: remove from fridge 20 mins before using, else it will be hell to spread.)
I agree, it doesn't. And thus you end up using more peanut butter when you use the crunchy stuff because you can't spread a thin layer very easily. But I still enjoy the crunchy bits enough to try to put these points aside.
