Haircut feedback?

I'm scheduled to get a haircut next Monday and I'm just looking for feedback.. I want to cut it short - above the shoulders. Its kind of dramatic since I've had really long hair for the better part of two years. Like down my back, family asks if I have hair extensions, censors your boobs kind of long. Anyway, I really liked the length of this first

Short hair isn't gonna work on you M. . .If you did it, you couldn't leave your bangs cut straight across. And just because you get shorter hair, doesn't mean it's necessarily low maintenance. I'm sure you will look great no matter what you do, but it's hard picturing you with short hair lol.

I like pictures 3 and 5 the best, if you're convinced you must go short. I like you with long hair though. : )

cutting your hair short after having really long hair can be extremely liberating! Go for it! I know have very short hair (well...chin length) and love it. I keep cutting it back to that short. I'd say picture 4, a little bit shorter, cut in shaggy layers that frame your face, but with bangs no shorter than below your cheekbones. The bangs should also be feathered so that they're shortest at the part and get longer moving back. :)
