I like that question... it's a sad, creepy sort of idea, to think that Cinderella--poor, neglected--might have ended up marrying royalty and treating her children the same way she was treated. It's cynical as hell but... I see it a lot.

I love the phrase "Cinderella's children", it just made me realize how I think of those fairy tales, there's something inherently wrong because it's like the moment the character gets married, their life ends inside our imaginations...

We should try a series of poems based on fairy tales like this... you've got me thinking.
