Nurse investigated after near death of girl

This was the second time there was a story like this involving the same agency's staff (albeit a different branch) nearly killing a ventilator-dependent patient by leaving their pipe off their neck for too long. In Kingston, near where I live, there is a fried chicken place called Pepe's Piri-Piri, which does a mixture of barbecued chicken wraps, a few Indian curry-type dishes, and a whole lot of standard-issue fried chicken and chips.
