When Mike and I went down to Racine to tour our apartment we saw this sign at a corner store:

BEER
LIQUOR
KRINGLE

Yeah, that pretty much sums up Racine.

I'm down with the other two though.

It's this Danish pastry in the shape of an oval. It's a Racine specialty...they're really proud of their kringle.
