Try not to get frustrated! We're taught as a society that the numbers on the scale are the most important when measuring our health, and it's ridiculously difficult to get away from that. I had the same issue when I started p90x last year - I knew that I was gaining weight because of the muscle I was gaining, but it was still super frustrating. My advice it to not actually look at the scale again until the end of the program (or at most, once a week, always at the same time of day) and instead take measurements. I didn't lose a pound last year, but I lost several inches (!) off of my waist/arms/etc... Use clothing as a measure for how well you're doing! Trust me, it'll make you feel much much better if you don't use the scale as your only measurement. It's all about how you feel =)
