Skip catering all together and have it be soda and cake only.
Get disposable cameras and let the guests take pics as well as recruiting a few talented friends.
Don't even think about a limo.
A champagne toast for 100 people four years ago cost $1000.
Also, don't forget to budget for invitation postage. Wedding invitations take a 75 cent stamp.
Decorations, flowers and candles can be purchased at Sam's and Tuesday Morning for next to nothing, so go crazy on that end, and have fun.

A cash bar might also be an option. Not sure how much those cost to run; might just be a question of hiring the bartender.
:-)
Or you could do a BYOB thing...I don't know if that would work with so many people, but it's a thought.
I think this place is where I went to Camp Anytown back in high school. If so, it's very nice. :-)

You could always get a ULC reverend to marry the two of you guys.

Nah, we actually want a Christian officiant. :) Especially since now it's being held in a secular site.

My mom and I made all the flowers and it ended up being SO much cheaper than someone else doing it.
Our cake fed around 85 people and was only $280 from Merrits Bakery. I think I still have a price chart if you'd like to see it.
Are you doing a unity candle?
Are you writing your own vowes?
That's all I can think of for now. SQUEE!!
