I'm with you for the most part. The media is basically destroying civil political discourse.
I'm still slightly interested in knowing the details of their policies - there is still a *very slight* chance I could vote for Obama. However, the venom and vehemence with which his supporters attack McCain is making that difficult.
For example, I'd like to know *how* Obama would institute his tax & health care plans and what he expects its impact to be on small businesses. On a purely selfish level, I'd like to know what his overall plan for the DoD - is he going to downsize? As for McCain, I'm defaulting him to the status quo (if elected, all of his proposals will be DOA in Congress, so it doesn't matter) - which for me isn't nearly as bad as it is for others.
