I forgot to mention:

There was an incredibly cool open cockpit biplane at the Racine airport the other day. When I got a better look at it, the underside of the wing said 'McCain in 2008'. Apparently he is either in town or going to be soon.

Either way, the plane was really, really cool. I might vote for him if he gave me a ride in it :-)

Rumor has it we now have water at the house!!!!!

There was some confusion because we wanted to keep the water to the kitchen (drinking water) intact (off the well-it gets stored and treated). I think they will be able to work with this. We shall see.

I'm just excited about having water. real, honest to goodness water!!

I finished phase 2 of my X-country flight training this morning, landing with exactally 7 minutes to get to work at 8AM. I managed to utilize my stuntdriving skills and made it right on time...give or take a minute ( Read more... )
