Things have been going well with the Gamestop crew. I'm getting more and more comfortable with working the job itself and getting better at solving any problems or being able to recommend stuff. It's a little harder at times since I don't have a 360 or a PS3 (360 is like the highest selling thing in the store) and I'm more the Nintendo kid on staff

One thing I'll say, with the disk problem? Be careful, it can be a reoccurring problem with some CD drives. The disk will PROBABLY be fine, though. I'd also ask the techs when you get it back if they had to actually open the CD drive to get it or if you just need to pop the keyboard out and grab the disk if the problem happens, in which case, you can probably manage it yourself. Basically, what can happen is that the disk'll slide OVER the CD drive and land in the computer innards instead of where it belongs. At least, this is something I saw a few times while working at tech shops.
Also, at least it wasn't something embarrassing like porn. >_>;

I'll see what they say though when it's done. |D The problem with doing it myself is that I don't have any screwdrivers the proper size and I'm not about to fuck with a 800$ laptop and fuck something up on my own.

Yeaaah, that's true, laptops can be a bitch to take apart. I forget this after that summer I spent taking laptops apart. That and I confuse the keyboards with mac keyboards, which pop off easily so you can install ram-- HI I'M RAMBLING TONIGHT HOW ARE YOU?
