Damn, I think I just turned into part of the Middle Area Welcoming Group.

Everyone was going on about the boiler room; I don't know what's so bad about it.

Hi. Uhm, I don't think we've ever actually talked in person but we sort of talked at that place. I would tell you about the boiler room but I don't know how much you've been told about the gas leak. And for me, they have a lot to do with each other.

Oh, hullo! Thanks! I've only heard that some very horrible things happened, that were....more real than one would normally believe. I wouldn't believe it myself, except that a friend and I ran into some odd things too.

It's just that I've been in the basement before without anything too awful happening. But maybe it's a different part of the basement?

Well a lot of people died. Like a LOT. It was awful. When the whole thing was over, all of the bodies showed up in the boiler room. I don't know how, it just happened.

Their ghosts or spirits or whatever were very loud afterwards, but I sang for them and they quieted down. ...That sounds really stupid, doesn't it?

Oh, God. I didn't know that all the bodies were there. I knew that people had died, but--God. I've been in the basement a few times--Mr. Ruthven spends time there--but I had no idea about the bodies.

That would sound really stupid if I hadn't been chased by Egyptian spirits after getting into some trouble. I still don't really believe that it happened, but--but I saw it. So I can't really say there's anything wrong with singing to spirits, you know?
