Happy New Year! And a big roundhouse kick in the butt to 2018! Onwards! Upwards! Etc!

Not sure if anyone's actually still out there/here, but y'know. All good. I have finally had ENOUGH of FB - - it's too much for my ailing processor (won't even let me type in chat windows), and nothing but an angry beehive of stress and unnecessary annoyance.

Glad to hear you had lots of time off at the holidays and that it was relatively peaceful. Downtime is good.

FB. Ugh. So sad that nearly everyone I knew in high school is a right-wing 'Christian' lunatic and they spend all their time posting antagonistic political statements. I gave up about three years ago. For the best.

Hello! And YUCK re: FB - and YES, it's unbelievable what I was seeing - constantly - from ppl I thought were sane - and imagine. At MY age. What I was seeing from contemporaries. My own mother had to block me - you'd be shocked and disgusted by a few things SHE was 'liking', etc - just..gross.

Here's to 2019! It's becoming more obvious to me that the way forward may be to look to the past (or, in the case of our country maybe, you know, learn from it).
