How does your work think they can get away with that. I mean the state is really starting to crack down on company's. My store manager was pissed off Mon because there were 12 people who either clocked out past their 5th hour or took to short of lunch. I know when it us to be you had to take a lunch before your 6th hour we were allowed to waive our lunch. I also found out that we have to pay people and extra hour if they mess up their lunch. Any woo that's my 2 cents
