Happy Birthday to me. This apartment had better turn out to be the best one ever. I have undergone way too much stress. But all the money has been turned over, the lease has been signed, guarantors forms overnight-ed. Now I just have to make sure I still have a job since I opted to get everything done this morning rather than be at work at 9am.
