So Friday night I use my debit card at a restaurant called Buca di Beppo's.

I will forward this to Hubster; his department regularly goes to Puca's for business lunches. There's another Italian restaurant down the street they could also go to.

Coolest beans! Dinner would be delightful.

Hubster and I will be out and about Sat and Sun, but kicking back Monday-Wednesday (he is taking two days off after Mem Day). I think he has plans for Monday, but after that we're pretty much free anytime you are.

I didn't get an answer when I called... only a recording and then hold music...

Writing a letter worked out better in the end. Plus, I was able to include a copy of my receipt and also proof of the service charge.

I suggest that you go to the company's website and send them this information along with a link to your blog entry. You'd be surprised how well they respond to that sort of publicity. Of course, if it had been me, I would have been at Buca's as soon as I found out about the whole thing and would not have left until it had been resolved. I can be a pushy bitch, but I do get the job done.

Wow, my kind of woman! Ask IndyBBW sometime about how bitchy I can get...it's pitiful.
