I went to college with her, and we had some mutual friends and therefore sometimes ended up at the same parties. She has a perpetual smirk, and the attitude to go with it. AWFUL.

See, I am a fan of the empire waist dress/top -- if only because it means NO SUCKING IN -- and own several, but yes, hers is AWFUL. And as far as I know, she has not.
