Another chapter! Joy unto the world! To think, there I was, gazing with melancholy at my chemistry textbook, wondering what could possibly distract me from the final that is hurtling toward me at breathtaking and terrifying speed, and what should present itself? This! Oh, this! A lovely bit of angst that perversely completely cheers me up.

He smiles, weakly; feels a pang of regret for the life they used to have. Two days ago.

I don't know what it is about that part that kills me, but it does. Two days ago. So very much terrible crap can happen in a short span of time.

Poor Peter. There really is going to be no end to his misery, is there? And poor Claude, too, how he keeps wishing that Peter were just invisible like him instead of the Super Sponge.

I'm finding it pretty hard to give detailed feedback, maybe because I'm not invested in the fandom as such, just reading your stuff, but I'm definitely looking forward to each instalment and finding it a real pleasure to read.
