of something new. getting in exersise everyday. no more fruit juice/diet soda. only water.
i need find some "safe foods" i can eat when i absolutly have to. what are some good ones?

i need to loose 8-10 pounds by the end of this month.
and i will.

my absolute safe foods that i wont feel guilty after eating are pickles, sugar free jello, chiken soup broth and sugar free ice pops. other than that, there are some low calorie things that i like, but still feel like they're too high in calories, if that made any sense at all. that would be all fruits, vegetables, oatmeal, dannon light and fit yogurt, and some various other things. haha hope that helped at all
