Yes, so it's 9:32am and already I've had a former insured (she cancelled for non-payment) tell me I suck because I won't reinstate her policy (pay your bills!). Please try to have a better day baby. I know it's not the same, but whenever the kids try to say they hate me, or say they hate school, or yell at me for any reason, I remember that they are 8 years old. And I think, why in God's name would an 8 year old ACTUALLY THINK that I would let them get me down? lol...
So I guess you could try to think of your job similarly. Seeing as most of the people you talk to act like they are about 8, lol, it fits... ;)
