our recruitment chair and president (both of whom were in my pledge class) went to a recruitment boot camp over Christmas break. Ben Reed (our recruitment Chair) filled out a form about goals he had in mind for our chapter in the coming year. part of the form included a section instructing him to write 5 things that he has seen or heard of happen at any time in the chapter history that he doesn't want to happen again or ever (in the event they never happened to begin with, i.e. things that shouldn't happen). they told him to be honest and we wouldn't get in trouble for anything. unbeknownst to us, those people running the boot camp sent one copy of this form to us, one to national headquarters, and one copy to Belmont administration
