Yotel's begin opening in Heathrow in 2006

this guy couldve saved some effort if he'd just read Friday, funny, i wonder if they will take the turn they did in Heinlein's vision.

I stayed in a high rise hotel in London once that was smaller than some IKEA boxes I've seen. It had a five-foot-long bed and a door that took up the rest of the length of the room when it opened. An alcove in the wall let you fit most of a suitcase therein. Bathrooms were down the hall and communal.

Oh, and I had a window!

...all for seventy pounds a night, and that was CHEAP. I still picture that room every time I read Harsh Mistress.
