egads yeah, i regularly chek that list, makes me sick.

what especially made me sick abtou the curretn situation in carroll county though, is that its a freaking 17 year old kid who is leading the charge. I mean, shit really isn't getting any better or more forward thinking with the future of society.

im past disgust, ive hit total abject horror.

Now this is a worthwhile protest.

(Also: I think the student in your article above is right to question the library's book-selection process, and right to object to any book he pleases, but wrong to insist on a library removing a book after the fact. I also think the student is trying to get the book banned for all the wrong reasons.)
