Right, I've had enough. If you're going to mirror your Twitter updates to LJ, one post per tweet, I'm really done with having you on my bookmarked view. I'm not going to "de-friend" people for this, but I am going to filter you out and therefore might miss anything you say that's longer than 140 characters and potentially interesting

I couldn't agree more. I use Twitter, occasionally. I think, in all the time I have seen people's shipped updates, I have actually read them once.

This all said, I woke up this morning to a barrage of updates on my phone; Twitter have got Vodafone on board for sms updating again, so perhaps this may put Twitter back to where it started and where, in my opinion, it is at it's most useful.

Well said! Twitter is becoming annoying and insideous as people post it to LJ and Facebook. I'd like some content on my friends page, not banal crap!
