house settlement.. woohoo
i'm finally going in to sign the final title paperwork at 4:00. this is the last thing i have to do, and the house is ours!
it's really depressiong recoding stuff that i've already done, but at least i have everything i did pretty fresh in my memory. tiff says the faster i just do it and get it over with, the quicker it will be done. again.
