i remember being in love with someone and writing things like this for them to read. it was one of the best feelings.
enjoy yourself to the very fullest. these moments are ones you will never forget.

yeah....it insane and I don't understand it. I've never written about something that has/does make me happy. I'm going to try and not over-think it and just go with it.

The first part was your usual unique and quirky brilliance. I loved these lines:

I'll burn every bridge I've ever built
connect the dot from wrist to wrist
find the secret to feeling alive

Awesome imagery. I wish I'd written it. :P

And if you've read my poetry at all you know the lullaby is RIGHT up my alley. Haha. It's gorgeous, really. The girl you wrote it for must be something special. And the last line blew me away.

i love the idea of quirky brilliance. haha. not sure if I'm the best example, because that is an amazing idea.

And yeah, she is pretty special.

Thank you so much. It's something I debated on posting, because it is something that is more private, and it is something that I wrote for someone else, but in the end, I decided that it was worth posting. Glad you liked it.
