Going on a diet sucks... Well I guess it's not really a diet, but a "life-style change" as my dietitian puts it. The problem is I'm still in college, swamped with my senior project, and let's face it-lazy. It's to easy to just order a pizza or stop by and get some fast food

Nice thing about weight watchers is that you eat what you want but in moderations.
It's $40 a month, but that gives you meetings every week with others, and a guide (who by the way can only a guide if they themselves have gone through weight watchers and have lost the weight they wanted). You get a book that helps you determine point values for foods, access to internet points calculator, and a few other odds and ends.
Megan, Matt, and I (Steve) plan on doing this soon here. Though I need a job first. And no I'm not a weight watchers sales person.
