It's lots of days into 2011 and it really doesn't seem to be sucking less for most people than 2010 yet. I feel there should be a rule about that

Oh, these look great. 2010 was a year that was almost music-free for me, so I value this list even more than normal. I've downloaded the lot (apart from One Life Stand as the link seems to be bad) and will listen to them all. Thank you so much for both the downloads and your comments about them. :)

Love the Hurts album. LOVE Robyn. She had my favorite album of the year, even beating out Arcade Fire.
Glad you like it. I know that it's not innovative or new but it's just such a lovely, unassuming, hope-filled album. Guillemots are louder and weirder and the critics like them more, but I like Fly Yellow Moon.
