PLEASE READ:

I had changed to a new new agent and my new agent takes 10-14 working days for items to reach Singapore after i have submit the orders & payments to them. Once items reach Singapore, It will take 1-3 working days for items to be delivere my place and i will take 1-3 working days to be distributed out via Singpost.
If you have encounter any slow shipping from my previous sprees, you do not have to worry this time round cause my new agent is doing a better job than my previous agent and air shipment, rest assured there will not be any delays!

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- No payment = no order
- Payment has to be transferred first before you comment your order form
- Please double check your order forms
- Please post your order form according to my order format in ONE comment
- If you decided to join this spree, I need your 100% trust in me
- Toms shoes are 100% authentic and 100% brand new, However there might be some printing error and i will not be held responsible
- If shoes does not fit you, I will not be held responsible too
- I will not be held responsible for any defective items however I had already notified my agent to double check all items
- No exchanges/refunds if shoes cannot fit you. I repeat, i will not be held responsible
- Strictly no exchanges and no refunds (unless your item is OOS)
- Updates will be done via mass email
- Items will take about 1-2 weeks to reach Singapore
- I will take legal actions against fraud cases so do not even try to fake a payment
- My agent will only send me the whole list of OOS item (if any) when items has reach Singapore
- If you do not collect your items within 1 month dated from the LAST mass email, Your item(s) will be confiscated
- Once your item(s) are confiscated, I reserve the rights to re-sell it away
- All images except real life pictures are copyrighted to TOMS however i had edited the pictures all by myself
- Please edit your own pictures instead of snatching the photos from my spree page
- Lastly, we reserve the rights to amend the T&C without prior notice
HOW TO ORDER?
- Make full and correct payment to my bank account which can be found below
- Post a new comment of your order form according to my order form at my spree page
- I'll then reply your comment and verify your payment within 48 hours
- Your name & orders will then be posted under the CONFIRMED ORDERS list

I do not accept scanned receipts due to the large numbers of people editing their receipt via photoshop or other editing program
In any case if you attached a scanned receipts, I will not accept your payment and no refunds will be refunded to you
If ATM MACHINE is unable to produce the receipt, please find another ATM MACHINE which is able to produce otherwise do not transfer

DELIVERY
- Once items have reached me, your parcel will be mailed out within 2-5 working days (not including weekend - Saturday & Sunday and public holidays)

Self collection is free!

Door To Door Delivery
Door To Door Delivery will be charged at SGD$12 flat rate no matter how item(s) bought!
Normal Postage
1st Pair - $1.50
(For every subsequent pair from 2nd item onwards, SGD$0.50 each)
We will not be held responsible for any lost/damaged normal postage parcels in the process of mailing by Singpost
However we will double check all items to ensure that it has no defects before mailing it out
No tracking number provided
Takes 3-7 working days for your items to reach you

Smartpac
Smartpac will be charged at SGD$4.20 flat (Max. weight of 3kgs)
Please note that the smartpac box can only fit 2 PAIRS OF TOMS!!!!
If you ordered more than 2 pairs, please either opt for normal/registered postage, self collection or home delivery! :)
We will not be held responsible for any lost/damaged Smartpac parcels in the process of mailing by Singpost
However we will double check all items to ensure that it has no defects before mailing it out

If no one is at home to collection, parcel will be deposited into recipient's letterbox during the first delivery attempt to doorstep. When delivered to letterbox, postman's signature on the delivery note is deemed as proof of delivery. Retrieval of a duplicate copy of the signed delivery note is available upon request at $2.
Once items are mailed out, parcel will be delivered to you by next working day!

IMPORTANT DETAILS
Please spare yourself a few minutes to read all the information.
TOMS shoes are imported from TOMS's factory which means they are authentic.
My agent collect stocks from various warehouse in Argentina, China and Ethiopia at the moment.
There is no 3rd party involved, just between my agent and i.
TOMS shoes are cheaper if you order from factory as they are all rejected lots.
There might be some printing error inside the shoe however all TOMS shoes are brand new.
There are TOMS tag at the side of the shoe and at the back of the shoe.
Because they might have some printing error inside the shoe,
they are unable to be put on sale in stores + they manufacture in bulk.
Therefore, they are let off as a cheaper price.
Shoes will not include any shoebox as i was told by my agent they are currently cutting cost.
Therefore, it is pack inside a zip lock bag. TOMS shoes also comes with a tag.
Lastly, for every TOMS shoes you purchase,
the factory that i am taking in the shoes will give a pair to a child in need.

My local size is 37.5, so i am taking WOMEN size 8
Please note that the factory don't have half sizes anymore, factory is only selling me all the shoes which cannot be sold to retail stores as they might have printing error in the shoe! Don't worry, shoes are brand new with tag and it's very comfortable and no blisters after wearing them after 24 hours (for my case, yes!)

For both of these 'sentences' they are originally manufactured by TOMS.
I bought 3 pairs from BATCH #1 and they are very comfortable and no blisters!
I worn mine out for more than 24 hours and no signs of ache.
I had already explained myself very clearly about the authenticity so please only join if you're comfortable!
