Thank you so much for writing this for me!! Every day I lament the lack of hoyeol and how I otp a rarepair and I’m incredibly happy that you decided to write them. My vague prompt came out of my sports anime obsession and I love what you did with it, especially the sports you chose for them (and gyu being sungyeol’s tennis partner. please).

Other thoughts while I was reading:
The hilarity of Sungyeol not knowing anything about any sports besides his own--Hoya’s blond, amazing--The snark kills me--Sungyeol’s running monologue where misinterprets Hoya’s actions is great. I also like the way you wrote Sungyeol hung up on his “masculinity” but in a way that emphasizes how ridiculous his preoccupation is.

"Didn't see you there. Gonna take a shower?" I really cracked up at Sungyeol saying this since his crush is standing in the shower room in a towel and he’s been staring at him, lol

Super cute! I have such a ~thing for sports tropes and locker rooms and the general shenanigans of school!AUs and ughhh this was lovely. The gossip chain via phone that Sungyeol was waiting for and the rivalries... hehe. thanks so much! i had a great time reading it :)
