Someone gave me cranberries. Should I make jelly? Haven't done that in ages. Don't have anything to strain it through, though, and I don't usually *use* jelly... but what else do you do with cranberries ( Read more... )

Muffins! You can make fresh muffins with cranberries. Or scones or cookies.

I bet they would also go well in a rice pilaf.

I used to have a recipe for cranberry bread - like a banana bread, but more tart and zippy. I also really like cranberry scones and dried cranberries.

dont strain it and make jam instead! add strawberries to cut the tartness. its called christmas jam and it is the best thing ever!! (maybe not, but it is seriously on up there) lol
