I made another tut, there wasn't any in a while so enjoy 'cause I guess i'll be to lazy to create another:P Anyway if you want tutorial for anything just let me know and I'll try to create one as long as I remember how.

2. Duplicate the base once and set it to soft light opacity 100%

3. New adjustment layer-->gradient map-->black&white

on top of everything and set it to lighten opacity 90% fill 70%

on top of everything and set it to multiply opacity 100% fill 100%
