It could be dangerous, releasing information concerning when someone will be in a particular location. The angels at least have an ability that allows them to locate a person instantly and have offered protection to the populace from members their own kind. This would negate that protection for anyone wishing to help.

On the other hand, it would turn spotting dangers and especially events like the last into a much faster, more organized process if those involved were efficient.

Shura has said that she and her pupils can patrol the southeast quarter, at least until we have something more official. I can look after the northeast, and I assume Rei and Usagi will help me.

Like I said before: I'm not a leader. I am, however, willing to do what needs to be done, even if it never gets past the experiment stage.
