I saw this post and I was like "huh? urn??" so I checked your journal and it looks like I COMPLETELY MISSED Tango's passing. I'm SO SORRY, that really sucks. :'(

AGH. Can they fix that? I have another friend who got a very small, flimsy box once who insisted they give her something proper. :/

Yeah they're going to call in a week when they get more black ones in. But it just pissed me off because we went through so much already, and they didn't even bother to call and say "hey we're out of black, can we give you white for now?" they just did it. Gah.
