[It’s the sudden rush of cold and wet that greet Roy Mustang upon arrival, being dropped rather unceremoniously into the junction of rivers. Sputtering, coughing, sore, and forcing himself to wade through the water to the shoreline, he’s more than a little confused at finding that not only is he devoid of injuries, he’s also been stripped of his

He takes a deep breath and mentally files all of the tidbits away for later reference.]
Alright... Others have given me a brief overview on other aspects of this place, but there's one that I'm still not entirely clear on, and I trust you not to give a stupid answer. [Because the idea of walking into an unoccupied room and proclaiming it as one's own is still a little foreign to him] How does one go about finding suitable lodgings?

[Hey, slacking off is an art form!]
Why is that? [He'll be on the lookout for it, though, since that's kind of important. Well, it'll at least help him tell the time.]

[And he's still somewhat mortified by the idea of someone else finding it. Even if the date wouldn't mean anything to anyone but those who knew him from Amestris, it's... yeah. Personal.]

Assuming that it's no longer attached to my jacket, that is.
