surprisingly enough... jesus wouldn't have had long hair...
it was actually looked down in in their times as a heathenistic thing, but was very normal for the anglo saxons, which makes sense, seeing as the depiction of jesus most peole are familiar with, he is portrayed as an anglo saxon- -
