So my 17th birthday is in roughly an hour. I don't really know how to feel. It's been a weird month with trying to figure out how I feel about my friends, but I don't want to start complaining/posting emo stuff on an ostensibly happy day

You look cute here, and HAPPY BIRTHDAY!! You know, you can go skating by yourself. I go in the morning sometimes when my kids are at school and the rink is empty. But for you it would probably be more fun with your friends.
