A lot. I'll be losing over a thousand bucks a month even with the current rental amount. I'd sell the place if I could but the real estate nightmare has really screwed me and I can't afford to sell it. Ugh.

FWIW, this rental amount is pretty much in the ballpark (if not lower) for similar places in the area. There are very similar condos in the Bay Street buildings for over $2600 and they don't have private per-unit garages.

I WISH I could rent that place.

Having helped you move, I can attest to the fact that the unit is GORGEOUS.
And, it should be noted that the stairs can be removed to get large furniture upstairs. Just be sure to bring a daredevil.
