random new idea

OK, so here's a random new idea for Waterloo pplz. I'm interested in any and all feedback which can easily include "It's stupid and useless." Common suggestions are that this need is already addressed by other means, or that it wouldn't be used, or it's infeasible, or simply dangerous. I'm not convinced, and I know some others who strongly

sounds like a liability unless you could get professionals on staff at all time, which would be expensive

I have a friend on my lj-list (not in real life) who goes to Stanford, and this year he has started up something that sounds similar, which he calls Stanford Peace of Mind.

I think Peace of Mind is a larger organization type thing - but yeah, this might have a lot of potential here at UW. :)
