This isn't necessarily related to your post at all, but I have a query for you.
My friend Gayle from debate, who you met at one point but might not remember, wanted to satisfy her craving for theater, but doesn't have time to enroll in any classes, so I suggested we started an improv group. She did it in high school and is immensely funny, so it wouldn't be horrendously difficult. She also wants to work from a script so I suggested we could do sketches too. She actually seems to be pretty into the idea, and we have a bunch of friends who could work with us... and I'm getting pretty excited about the idea.
So my question for you is do you have any advice for us? We don't necessarily want to go around and perform in the same sense as LF5, but how do you get a group like this off the ground and keep people interested in participating? Also, how many people are too many people?

Any tips would be amazingly helpful.
Have a good break, I guess, if you get a break,
