love how you are weaving these last chapies.... i have better understanding of what hermione's pov with this upcoming war. are u going to write about draco's feeling about his choices of following the dark lord's order?

Thanks for the comment! At this point in time I don't think I'll be writing from Draco's POV. But that doesn't mean he won't give Hermione an idea of how he's feeling. :)

:) This was lovely to come home to. Filler chapter or not, it didn't disappoint! I do like that we're getting just Hermione's point of view. There's something about stories that stick to one side. You just feel more drawn into it, more ... just closer to the character, I think. It's easier to get in their head. And, anyway, it leaves the others in such a cloak of mystery. Like Draco, for instance. He is so mercurial and enigmatic here. I was intrigued that he would basically -- in his own way, of course -- ask her to the Astronomy Tower lol. (hehe, enchanted flames)

Yay! I was a little worried about this one - mainly the super-smooth transition into the whole Katie-being-cursed thing. >.<
I probably should have gone into that a little more, but I was impatient to skim over it, lol. I just wanted this chapter out of the way so I could start writing the ones I'm actually inspired to write. :P

Mercurial... what an awesome description of Draco. :D

Well it certainly didn't feel rushed or anything. And of course, we've got the lovely intro to obsessive!Harry. He was such a creeper in HBP... lol
