Needless to say I agree completely. I also feel my bloodpressure rising at the mere suggestion that bashing-fic is a "genre" with any legitimacy whatsover, but my curiosity is still getting the better of me.

Fanficrants. To make it better, the person in question is a GW fan, and a 1x2 shipper. I think we can both draw our conclusions from that.

Yes, we can. And this is why I avoid FFR like the plague.

(As a semi-side note, I don't know what's wrong with me lately, but my default response to stuff like this seems to have turned into "god-fucking-dammit why do you exist in my universe, GET AWAY FROM ME *wacks with big stick*". I think I remember patience and indifference, but they're hazy.)
